About The Role
As a Full‑Cycle Account Executive AI Solutions, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving deals from initial outreach through contract signature. This is a hands‑on sales role for someone who enjoys building pipelines, creating opportunities from scratch, and engaging directly with prospects. You will learn our product and sales methodology, develop expertise in demonstrating our platform, and work closely with Sales Engineers to navigate more technical customer discussions. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who is eager to grow into a high‑performing SaaS sales professional.
Your Impact & Ownership
- Proactively identify, source, and engage new prospects across target markets (UK + BeNeLux)
- Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities
- Qualify opportunities and guide prospects through the entire sales cycle
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges and business needs
- Learn and master Procure Ai's product demo environment to deliver compelling product presentations
- Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers on technical discussions, solution design, and customer evaluations
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and support contract finalization
- Maintain accurate pipeline and customer information within CRM systems
- Continuously develop industry knowledge and stay informed about procurement and AI market trends
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve our sales processes and go‑to‑market strategy
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, entrepreneurship, or a similar growth‑focused role
- Demonstrated ability to acquire new customers and generate business opportunities
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Self‑starter mentality with a willingness to take ownership and work independently
- Curiosity and motivation to learn complex technology solutions
- Professional fluency in English
