Lindsey Court, Sudbury Local care provider CJP Outreach Services is inviting the community to attend a New Year Open Recruitment Day at its Lindsey Court supported living service in Sudbury. The event offers an opportunity for anyone interested in a rewarding career as a Support Worker to meet the team, tour the service, and learn more about working in social care. Same-day interviews will also be available.

Since opening in October 2025, Lindsey Court has grown into a vibrant and supportive home for adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs. As the service continues to expand, CJP Outreach Services is recruiting compassionate and committed Support Workers to help shape the future of this growing service.

The Support Worker role involves:

  • Supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs
  • Promoting independence, confidence, and daily living skills
  • Supporting people to take part in meaningful activities at home and in the community
  • Working collaboratively as part of a skilled and caring team
  • Providing personalised, person-centred support
