A New and Exciting Opportunity in Sudbury. This is a great opportunity to join us as a Team Leader and help shape a service that has been successfully growing since its launch in October 2025. You will play a pivotal role in our next chapter, combining hands-on support with leadership and coordination responsibilities to ensure safe, consistent, and person-centred care delivery.

Key Responsibilities of the Team Leader:
  • Provide strong, visible leadership to ensure the delivery of safe, consistent, high-quality support.
  • Coordinate staff rotas, manage shift coverage, and oversee daily handovers.
  • Conduct regular supervisions, appraisals, and ongoing mentoring of staff.
  • Support the induction and training of new team members, ensuring understanding of PBS strategies and person-centred principles.
  • Monitor and review support plans, risk assessments, and daily documentation.
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager and PBS Lead to identify improvements and maintain compliance with CQC standards.
  • Model professional conduct and respectful interactions, promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Lead by example through active participation in day-to-day support, fostering trust, safety, and structure for “I”.
  • Promote safeguarding, confidentiality, and dignity at all times.

Proven experience leading in a care or support settings. Understanding of Autism, ADHD, or complex behavioural needs. Confident communicator and calm under pressure. Positive role model with excellent teamwork and organisation skills. Full UK driving licence required.
