We’re hosting a Recruitment Open Day for Support Workers at our Supported Living services in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the role, meet our friendly team, and even begin your application on the day. Whether you’re experienced in care or completely new to the sector, if you’re kind, compassionate, and want to make a difference, we’d love to meet you.

What the Role Involves

  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Supporting with daily living tasks (cooking, cleaning, shopping, personal care)
  • Helping individuals access community activities and healthcare appointments
  • Monitoring wellbeing and ensuring safety
  • Working closely with families and professionals

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence (required)
  • Flexible availability (evenings, sleep-ins, alternate weekends)
  • Positive, caring attitude
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Proactive approach

Experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided.
