Evening shifts: 4:00pm–10:00pm
Weekend work available – alternate weekends required (7am-2pm and/or 4-10pm)

Your role will include:
- Supporting with personal care while promoting dignity, choice and independence
- Medication support and health monitoring
- Preparing meals and supporting nutritional needs
- Light household tasks - Vacuuming & cleaning
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping clients access their community
- Building trusting relationships with clients and their families
- Working alongside healthcare professionals when required
