An Exciting New Opportunity in Selby.
We are Recruiting support workers to work with some of the individuals we provide care and support to in Selby.
What You’ll Do : As part of a support team, your responsibilities will include:
- Building a trusting, respectful relationships.
- Assisting with daily routines, personal care, and community access
- Encouraging interests and introducing new activities
- Working with colleagues and PBS leads to reduce behaviours of concern
- Providing consistent, structured support to build individuals’ independence over time
What We’re Looking For:
We welcome applicants with a strong sense of compassion, reliability, and the ability to stay calm and positive even in challenging situations.
Ideally, you will Have
- experience in the care/support sector
- Be patient, proactive, and pragmatic
- Be consistent and dependable stability
- Outgoing and Bubbly
- Hold a full UK driving licence
