Procurae Group are expanding and we have created three new roles, and we are now looking for our first ever Regional Operations Managers to lead a portfolio of high-quality social care services across our growing organisation. You will oversee services delivering specialist complex care, alongside supported living, domiciliary care, and adult day services, ensuring they are safe, effective, and consistently delivering outstanding outcomes. This is a key leadership role with real influence—perfect for someone who is passionate about quality, culture, and performance. Uniquely each Regional Operations Manager will support a small number of services, therefore this role has a real focus on the people we support and the teams within each service.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive CQC compliance and quality improvement across your region
  • Lead, coach, and support Service Managers to deliver high performance
  • Oversee services supporting individuals with complex and high-dependency needs
  • Monitor and improve key KPIs (quality, staffing, financial performance)
  • Ensure consistent safe, person-centred care delivery
  • Support service mobilisation, growth, and development
  • Promote a positive, values-led culture across all teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a multi-site leadership role in social care
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards and KLOEs
  • Experience working within complex care environments
  • A confident and hands-on leadership style
  • Ability to drive performance, quality, and engagement
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and developing teams
  • A deep understanding of the financial aspects of operating a multi-site business

Location & Travel

You will be aligned to one of our regions:

  • North: North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, Lancashire
  • Midlands & South: Warwickshire, Bath, Bristol, Somerset
  • East: Norfolk, Suffolk, North Essex

Regular regional travel is required.
