You’ll support people in their own homes, helping them stay happy, independent and allowing them to access the community. What you'll be doing:
- Providing person-centred support, including:
- Personal care, always promoting dignity, choice and independence
- Medication support and health monitoring
- Preparing meals and supporting nutritional needs
- Light household tasks to help keep homes safe and comfortable
- Companionship, conversation and emotional support
- Building positive relationships with clients and their families
- Working alongside healthcare professionals when required
