We are recruiting Support Workers to join a dedicated team supporting G, a sociable and fun-loving young man who enjoys music, humour, and being active throughout his day. G has autism and cerebral palsy and benefits from structured, person-centred support that promotes independence, confidence, and positive engagement in daily life.
About G: G enjoys music, singing and dancing, watching television, and spending time engaging in activities that bring him enjoyment and a sense of achievement. He particularly enjoys getting out and about in the community, including going out on his trike and taking part in recreational activities. He also enjoys humour, interaction with others, and staff who can bring energy, positivity, and consistency to his support. G thrives with routine and clear structure and benefits from staff who are patient, resilient, and able to support him to stay engaged, safe, and independent in his daily life.
