Support Worker – New Care Package

We are recruiting dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join a brand-new care package supporting J, a gentleman with cerebral palsy and autism, in his own home and community.

J has a great sense of humour, enjoys social interaction, and likes to maintain his independence.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new support team and help build consistent, person-centred support from the beginning.

About the Role

  • You will provide high-quality support tailored to J’s needs, including:
  • Supporting daily living routines
  • Encouraging independence and choice
  • Assisting with community access and activities
  • Building a positive and supportive relationship

J attends a day centre three times per week independently.

  • Shift Patterns
  • This package provides 24/7 support with a variety of shifts available, including:
  • 9am – 9pm day shifts
  • 3pm – 9am sleep-in shifts
  • 3pm -9pm Evenings
  • Waking night shifts

Flexible availability is preferred.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence essential
  • Caring and reliable nature
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous care or support experience welcomed but not essential, as full training will be provided
