CJP Outreach Services is currently seeking 2 experienced Team Leaders to oversee care packages in Bristol BS32 and BS5. For this role, it is essential that you have experience supporting people with complex early-life trauma and learning disabilities. Experience with cerebral palsy would be beneficial. Ideally, your background will include community-based settings such as supported living and/or residential care. Knowledge of working within a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) framework would be an advantage.

BS32 - In this role, you will lead a team supporting a warm, friendly, and fun-loving gentleman in his own home, where support is provided on a 2:1 basis. He enjoys activities such as going to nightclubs, gaming on his PlayStation, watching movies, and following wrestling. He requires encouragement and physical assistance with personal care, as well as support to enhance his quality of life, build self-esteem, and feel valued and respected. At times, he may use behaviours of concern to communicate his needs.

BS5 - We are looking for someone who is positive, approachable, and has a good sense of humour, while also remaining calm, resilient, and composed under pressure. In this role, you will lead a team supporting a warm, friendly, young man who is very active in his own home, where support is provided on a 3:1 basis. He is very active and really enjoys exercise like lifting weights, riding bikes, or going for hikes with his staff. He loves outdoor swimming, and anything physical and outdoorsy. He is very practical and enjoys taking things apart and rebuilding them, including bikes. He has been working on taking a fruit machine apart, which he is going to turn into a chair for his sensory room!

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting staff within the package. This includes supervision, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and promoting best practice. You will work closely with the local Case Manager to uphold standards and improve this person’s quality of life.

CJP Outreach Services is a values‑led organisation, and as such you are expected to respond with flexibility, compassion, and integrity to the evolving needs of the people we support. We expect every team member, especially those in a leadership role, to model our values in practice, to adapt positively to change, and to contribute to a culture where people feel safe, respected, and empowered.
