Salary: £13.50 per hour, £80 per shift

Hours: 12‑hour shifts, shift times: 8 am – 8 pm, 8 pm – 8 am

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide care and support to a 30‑year‑old non‑verbal gentleman with autism and epilepsy. The successful candidate will improve his quality of life, promote independence and ensure overall well‑being.

Responsibilities include:

  • Companionship
  • Community engagement
  • Facilitating independent activities
  • Supporting mobility

Qualifications & Experience: Experience with autism and epilepsy is essential. The candidate should be empathetic, patient, and able to adapt to the individual's interests such as Mr. Bean, Marvel, Harry Potter, Scooby‑Doo, Looney Tunes, travel and long driving adventures.
