About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you'll
- Have the freedom to develop and execute strategies to meet client objectives and drive account growth using the specialist team to bring ideas to life.
- Foster strong client relationships, becoming their trusted go-to partner.
- Manage a variety of projects (campaigns, brand work, digital projects, events, and more) on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional results.
- Oversee project financials and report on KPIs to ensure account profitability.
- Influence the team by bringing best practices, sharing ideas and inspiring improvements, new initiatives.
- What you’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a Senior Account Management role within a B2B agency.
- Expertise in B2B marketing across both digital and offline channels.
- Strong project management skills and a track record of timely, budget-conscious delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to clients.

- Experience in financial reporting and KPI management.
- Practical and organised as you’ll be accountable for prioritising your own workload, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
What we Offer
This is a hybrid role based at our Bristol office, with three days a week in the office and the option of one worked remotely.
- Alongside a competitive salary based on skills and experience, you’ll enjoy:
- 34-hour week over four days (with occasional requirement to work on your fifth day).
