Following continued growth and increasing global demand, we are looking for experienced Industrial Gas Engineers to join our expanding service and commissioning team.
The Role
As an Industrial Combustion & Gas Engineer, you will play a key role in servicing, commissioning and supporting a wide range of industrial combustion systems across multiple sectors and manufacturing environments. This is a hands-on field-based role suited to an electrically biased engineer with strong fault-finding capability and a proactive approach to customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, commission and maintain industrial combustion and heating systems
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and combustion-related faults
- Support breakdown response and planned preventative maintenance activities
- Work on a variety of burner technologies including:
- Direct-and Indirect fired systems, Tube Firing, Nozzle Mix and Pre Mix Burners
Industries You’ll Support
You will work across a diverse range of industrial sectors including: Food production, Aluminium can manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, Composites, Textiles, Specialist industrial processing environments.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Electrical fault-finding experience
- Background working with industrial combustion equipment and systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical/control drawings
- Professional and confident customer-facing manner
- Experience working within time-critical projects
Desirable Experience
- Experience with installation and commissioning projects
- Ability to mentor or support junior engineers (Not mandatory)
- Willingness to travel internationally on occasion (Not mandatory)
- Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours support work
- Commitment to ongoing professional and technical development
