Whether on or offline, we provide a full range of design and marketing services, from strategy, campaigns and lead generation to brand building, events, product communications and web builds.

Role purpose

Digital Project Managers are responsible for the successful delivery and ongoing management of digital platforms and projects for our clients.

This includes website design, builds, migrations, feature development and long-term platform support.

Working closely with our technical development team, creative studio, account managers and clients, Digital Project Managers oversee the full lifecycle of digital delivery – from initial scoping and planning through to launch, optimisation and ongoing improvement.

The role combines traditional project management with client partnership and platform oversight, ensuring projects and retainers are delivered efficiently, commercially and to a high technical standard.

  • Project Delivery
  • Managing multiple projects of varying scale and complexity simultaneously
  • Defining project scope, timelines, budgets and delivery plans
  • Coordinating internal teams including developers, designers and external partners
  • Managing the full project lifecycle from scoping through to launch and aftercare
  • Facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and project status meetings
  • Coordinating testing, QA processes and user acceptance testing
  • Managing content migration processes where required
  • Identifying and managing project risks, issues and dependencies
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation including plans, status updates and reporting
  • Client & Account Partnership
  • Building strong working relationships with client stakeholders
  • Understanding client aims, business and market, to help deliver commercial solutions.
  • Communicating complex technical information clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Managing client expectations throughout the delivery process

  • Ensuring platforms remain stable, secure and aligned with client goals
  • Delivery Operations
  • Resource planning and coordination across projects
  • Supporting budget tracking and margin awareness
  • Maintaining delivery tooling such as Jira and timesheet systems
  • Supporting financial forecasting and invoicing processes
  • Producing documentation such as Statements of Work, RAID logs and reporting
  • Escalating risks, issues or opportunities to senior delivery or technical leadership when required

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years’ experience delivering digital projects in an agency or similar environment
  • Experience managing website builds, migrations or digital platform projects
  • Strong understanding of the project lifecycle from scoping to launch
  • Experience working with Agile, Scrum or Waterfall delivery approaches
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confidence communicating with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira or similar
  • Exposure to financial forecasting, budgeting or invoicing processes
  • Experience collaborating with account management teams on client growth
  • Familiarity with our core CMS platform offering of Drupal, Webflow & Payload as well as Word Press, Laravel or Next. js framework exposure
  • Understanding of hosting environments such as AWS, Pantheon or Vercel
  • Exposure to SEO maintenance or digital optimisation projects
  • Experience using modern delivery tooling including AI-assisted workflows
