Procter Street is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and expanding North-West based Civils company operating in the Highway Maintenance sector. Our client is coming up to their 50th year in business and has built a highly desired client-base, which has been solidified due to the outstanding quality of service they provide.
They are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join their Maintenance team, supporting them in ensuring that the delivery of routine and cyclic maintenance and resilience works is carried out to achieve programme and budgetary requirements. This will include patching, carriageway and footway improvements, surface treatment and vehicle restraint and street furniture improvements.
- Supervision of allocated works within the programme of works.
- Ensuring that projects are developed and delivered safely on time and to budget as per the Works Information.
- Take ownership of Supply Chain Partners Risk Assessments, Method Statements and COSHH for all allocated schemes.
- Carry out site inductions promoting Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Procedures at all times.
We are looking for a candidate who has experience working within a reactive highway maintenance team, with a solid technical background, and is capable of leading a Team.
- You have SSSTS or SMSTS.
- You have NRSWA supervisor card.
- Experience in Highways Maintenance at a supervisory level.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Flexibility to over-time and potential night shifts.
