The Role
As Electrical Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of electrical works across multiple sites. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage teams and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.
- Supervise electrical operatives and subcontractors across live projects
- Oversee delivery of LV/HV and EV infrastructure works
- Ensure compliance with BS 7671, health & safety standards, and company procedures
- Support inspection, testing, certification, and audit readiness
- Coordinate with civils and multi-utility teams for seamless delivery
- Maintain programme timelines, quality standards, and site documentation
About You
We are looking for a confident and capable supervisor with experience in electrical infrastructure or construction environments.
- Proven experience supervising electrical works on-site
- Strong understanding of compliance, quality, and programme delivery
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- ECS / CSCS Card
- Inspection & Testing (2391) and EV experience (desirable)
You’ll also bring strong leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple work fronts effectively.
