We are looking for an experienced and driven Bid Manager to lead and manage high-quality bid and tender submissions across a range of sectors and clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic bid leadership with strong writing and stakeholder engagement skills.
As Bid Manager, you’ll play a central role in securing new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-quality bids, tenders, and framework submissions.
- Write, review, and refine compelling bid content that clearly communicates technical solutions, added value, and win themes.
- Develop tailored responses for public and private sector opportunities including frameworks, PQQs, SQs, and ITTs.
- Ensure all submissions are completed to a high standard, on time, and in line with brand and quality requirements.
You’ll be a confident communicator and relationship builder with excellent writing skills and a strong understanding of the bid process. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively across multiple teams and sectors, managing competing priorities, and producing high-quality submissions that make a difference:
