As our Bid Writer, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping our clients secure new business opportunities. You’ll be responsible for crafting clear, compelling, and client-focused proposals that reflect their brand, showcase their expertise, and align with client requirements. You’ll work closely with directors, technical leads, and the business development team to develop winning bids, frameworks, and tender submissions for a range of construction projects.
- Write, edit, and coordinate high-quality bid and tender submissions.
- Translate technical information into persuasive, client-friendly language.
- Develop bid content, case studies, and supporting documents aligned with brand standards.
You’ll be an excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail and a flair for persuasive writing.
- 2-3 years experience writing bids or tenders, ideally within the construction, engineering, or consultancy sector.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to interpret technical content and present it in a clear, compelling way.
