About the Job: Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Salary: £40k – £45K Location: Llandyrnog Denbighshire Shift Pattern: Stable days based role Overview: Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the upkeep of all plant and machinery onsite, also looking after buildings and its facilities.Must be capable of working to deadlines and keeping downtime to a minimum.An essential part of this role is to ensure the maintenance plan is delivered with no compromises to quality.Leading by example you will have the ability to instil pride and ownership and drive Continuous Improvements. Key Responsibilities: Ensure that health and safety is your highest priority and is considered in all plans, actions, and activities. Drive uptake and completion of near misses. Contributing to raising the profile of the maintenance team and driving continuous improvement Work closely with the production manager. React quickly to breakdowns, communicate clearly with affected parties and work efficiently to fix the issue Fault finding and repair on the varied production equipment Carry out planned preventative maintenance on the full range of equipment within the site Management of contractors and the various projects onsite Commissioning, development and improvement of production equipment Experience: Multi skilled engineer. Electrical and Mechanical disciplines (30/70 Split) Experience of planned preventative maintenance systems Experience in fault finding within a manufacturing facility on PLCs and Pneumatic systems. Experience in interpreting both mechanical and electrical drawings Experience in facilities maintenance and management Qualifications / Experience: Served a full engineering indentured apprenticeship and/or qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 or equivalent Apprentice Trained, HNC, HND, BSc, BEng Experience in a manufacturing environments Personnel Requirements: Strong leadership skills Get up and go attitude Continuous Improvement mentality Ability to work on their own #J-18808-Ljbffr
