Lamberts Healthcare Limited is part of the P&G Group and was one of the UK's first suppliers of high-quality nutritional supplements direct to the public. We have an exciting opportunity to join Lambert’s Healthcare’s marketing team as a Trade Brand Executive.

The Role

  • You will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing promotional campaigns and events to drive product visibility, sales, and brand awareness for the Lamberts Brand.
  • Instore Promotions: you’ll own the execution of instore promotional campaigns; creating and managing point-of-sale materials and monitoring the performance of our promotions, adjusting as needed to optimize results.
  • Events: You’ll organize and manage promotional events, including product launches, sampling events, and trade shows, to engage customers and build brand awareness.
  • Sales Team Activation: you’ll develop and implement activation plans to support the sales team in achieving their targets. You’ll also play a leading role in training the sales teams through sessions and materials to ensure they are well-equipped with the latest promotional strategies.
  • Trade Press: you’ll build and maintain strong relationships with trade press to ensure successful execution of promotional activities. You’ll manage press releases, product announcements, and other content to trade press publications including monitoring media coverage to ensure success.
  • Budget Coordination and Tracking: you’ll obtain and negotiate quotes to ensure cost-effective use of resources, tracking the spend against the budget and provide regular updates on budget performance.
  • External Vendor Management: through in-store promotions and events you’ll work with external agencies ensuring that they are properly briefed and deliver on time to specification.

What We Offer You

  • Meaningful work from Day 1: From Day 1, you’ll be given the space and opportunity to bring your experience, energy, and new perspectives to make a genuine impact right from the start.
  • Continuous Development: Our culture is built on a foundation of continually developing our people. At P&G we offer a career, not just a job, and will empower you to become the best at what you do through continuous learning opportunities, a varied career path, and the opportunity to work alongside inspiring people.
  • Flexibility: We operate a flex at work approach, with flexibility built into the role. Our teams spend 3 days of their week collaborating together in our offices or at our external partners or customers. This is balanced with 2 of their days spent on focused work which most tend to do from home.
  • Competitive Salary and Benefits: We consistently benchmark our salaries against top competitors and every P&G employee’s salary is reviewed at least annually so there is ample room for growth. P&G take a Total Rewards approach meaning on top of your salary, which is reviewed annually, you can expect a whole range of benefits including a competitive double-matched pension scheme, private health insurance, participation in a stock ownership scheme, and your very own ‘Flex4Me’ Fund which enables you to allocate a portion of your benefits package to the areas that matter most to you.

Job Qualifications

  • What We Look For: Degree in brand, marketing or events, OR relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Professional Experience: Previous internships or experience in marketing, brand management, or sales support, preferably within a consumer goods or retail environment. Familiarity with trade marketing concepts and practices is a plus.
