Our industrial placement in P&G Supply Chain is designed to fully immerse you in the fast-paced and challenging environment we thrive in. You will be entrusted with real technical and business projects to lead, own, and execute over the course of your placement with us. From your first day, you\\\’ll be part of a diverse, collaborative team, empowered to deliver impactful results that matter. We have placement openings available in Weybridge (our UK Head Office, an easy commute from London with regular trains from Waterloo and Clapham Junction and a free shuttle service from the station to the office), Harrogate, Newcastle and Skelmersdale.

What You Will Gain

  • Responsibilities and Real Work from Day 1: You will be given specific projects and responsibilities working on real and live business challenges, just like a true P&Ger.
  • Continuous training & coaching: You will work with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager.

  • Full Time Role: Successful interns have the potential to secure a full-time position with P&G after graduation. When we make a job offer, it\\\’s with the expectation that you will grow into one of our future leaders, and to help you get there, you will work closely with skilled P&G veterans for mentoring and coaching at every step.

Job Qualifications

  • University students graduating in 2028 with a placement year as part of their degree.
  • We also welcome applications from students graduating in 2026 or 2027, or those who have already graduated.
  • Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities. Tell us what you\\\’re proud of – be it playing a musical instrument or holding down a job alongside your studies. We want to get to know you during your application!
  • Strong foundational problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English language skills.

Dates and Eligibility

Start date: The placement\\\’s duration is from 1 July 2026 until 30 June 2027. We expect you to be available for the full duration.

Right to Work: For our placement roles, you will need to provide your own right to work in the UK for the full duration of your placement without requiring sponsorship from P&G. This will require your right to work permission to be valid between 1 July 2026 and 12 June 2027 for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week. P&G is legally required to ensure all candidates have the right to work in the UK from Day 1 of their employment. All applicants will therefore be asked to provide evidence of their right to work at the conclusion of the recruitment process as a condition of employment.
