As an IT Software Engineer you will be responsible for maintaining a systematic, disciplined and quantifiable approach to the development, operations and maintenance of software. You will play a crucial role in developing IT solutions using Agile and DevOps practices, and by collaborating closely with Operations Engineers, you will enhance the flow between Development and Operations, enabling faster delivery of value.

Support the development and implementation of production execution solutions to P&G Manufacturing sites.

Use expert skills in GE Proficy Suite and production execution process knowledge, to drive best practice in configuration of these solutions.

Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance.

Be the expert and grow capability in others.

Solve technical problems of advanced scope and complexity.

Collaborate with the team on larger projects.

Continuously look for opportunities to create more efficient DevOps processes leveraging automation, new tools, and exploring new development platforms together with DevOps Engineers.
