Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, operation, and optimization of the Nature's Best and Lamberts DTC and CRM technology ecosystem, driving consumer acquisition, conversion, retention, and business growth.
- Own the technology strategy and multi-year roadmap, identifying opportunities to strengthen the DTC and CRM ecosystem and deliver annual and long-term commercial objectives, including net sales growth targets.
- Manage the technology budget, agency investments, and vendor partnerships to continuously improve content, user experience (UX), SEO/GEO performance, and site effectiveness.
- Lead digital activation initiatives, prioritize projects, and ensure the reliable operation of the technology ecosystem through effective issue resolution and continuous improvement.
Data & Consumer Engagement
- Define and deliver a consumer-centric data strategy, ensuring the right technology, architecture, and capabilities are in place to support data integration, activation, enrichment, and scalability.
- Leverage first-party data and AI-driven solutions to enable personalized consumer experiences across digital touchpoints, including websites, email, social media, and social commerce.
- Partner with the Data Engineer to translate real-time data into actionable insights, drive automation and data accessibility, and support business and marketing decision-making.
- Establish testing standards, scale successful initiatives, ensure data quality across systems, and champion a data-first culture throughout the organization.
IT Security & Data Privacy
- Maintain high standards of IT security and data privacy compliance across the business.
- Partner with P&G IT Security leaders to prioritize and implement security governance improvements and strengthen compliance practices across the organization.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of two specialists across Marketing Technology and Data Engineering.
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to create integrated plans that deliver superior consumer experiences and business results.
- Work alongside in-house media performance and content creation teams to optimize digital effectiveness and support commercial objectives.
- Partner with P&G technology stakeholders to continuously evolve and strengthen the digital and data ecosystem., Shopify-based DTC ecosystems, CRM platforms, and digital commerce technology environments.
- Data and AI platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, including API integrations.
- UX optimization, SEO/GEO, and digital customer experience improvement.
- Omnichannel marketing, including acquisition and retention channels across paid media, social, influencer, affiliate, email, loyalty, and subscription programs.
- DTC and performance marketing metrics, including CAC, AOV, LTV, CPC, and VTR.
- Analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Project management in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Data privacy (GDPR / UK DPA) and information security practices.
- Strong analytical and statistical capabilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, SQL, HTML, or PHP and an understanding of software development best practices are a plus

- Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA degree in a quantitative field such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
