Procter & Gamble (P&G) is one of the world’s leading companies in the manufacture of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) making globally admired brands such as Gillette, Pampers, Fairy and Oral-B. We are looking for hard working technicians to join our Quality Assurance team at our Skelmersdale Distribution Centre.
The Role:
This will be a days-based role in one of the areas within our Quality Assurance team, with working hours of 7am to 3pm. In this role you will be responsible for Quality Assurance End to End for deliveries and loads within your area, specifically you will:

Have Quality Assurance oversight to ensure that P&G finished product arrives, is stored and shipped at a high-quality standard ensuring that quality processes and standards are adhered to.

Own all Standard Operation Procedures, content and timely updates in your area. Manage quality outages, including supporting, completing and approving investigations, approving Corrective and Preventative Actions and managing timelines for completion.

You will work with other P&G and 3rd Party sites to reduce shipment defects and support the site operations teams.

You will support the site QA leader in execution of the site continuous improvement programme and have oversight of day-to-day operational QA processes.

You will work with the department to manage priorities, develop and execute long term plans and build QA capability in wider teams.
