Job Location: MANCHESTER PLANT
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain systems to collect and analyse data for critical product and process parameters.
- Identify and eliminate or reduce losses through process or work system changes.
- Own critical Daily Management Systems – entrusted from the start to own these systems and processes.
- Share and reapply learning across processes, modules and plants; collaborate within a wider Product Supply organisation, learning from others and sharing best practice regionally and globally.
Qualifications:
- University students who will complete their degree by Summer 2026 in any Engineering discipline; graduates who have already completed a degree are also welcome.
- Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non‑academic activities – e.g., playing a musical instrument or holding a part‑time job while studying.
- Strong foundational understanding of engineering principles within your chosen field, problem‑solving and leadership skills.
- Strong verbal and written English language skills.
