Responsible to participate on a team to pack a product received from a making area (for example liquid, powder, capsules, pills) that gets labeled and packaged, or a finished product item (for example: brush, floss, paste, refills, razors) that gets packaged, manually or with the assistance of a machine or robot. Acts as a System Owner or Equipment Owner for the area in which they operate. Operates and maintains the equipment in their area.

Responsibilities

  • Have a proven practical background of applying operational skills to solving production and equipment related issues.
  • Be willing and able to suggest and implement changes that will improve equipment reliability or throughput.
  • Proven experience in operational skills, good innovation skills and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent fault finding and problem solving skills.
  • A "can and will do" attitude with good communication skills and can work as part of a team.
