This role is based at the UK Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey, with travel within Europe. The Junior Project Architect will support the Senior P&G Project Architects in leading internal/external design teams for major building projects across Europe, including new buildings and remodels.
Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Support coordinating and managing through the sequential phases of the design process, including feasibility study, design brief and success criteria, basis of design, detailed design, bidding, execution and shop drawing reviews, permitting and project closeout.
- Data Insights driving Workplace Design Strategy: use occupancy, attendance and portfolio data to create actionable workplace strategy insights; document and transform planning principles into design toolkits and automated planning/design solutions; develop and manage data sets and dashboards for input into AI and parametric design solutions.
- Digital Design Innovation in AI and Parametric Design: parameterizing, scripting for AI tools and digital modeling to drive efficient idea generation and engaging option selection/brief development; develop and pilot AI design capabilities with market tools and in partnership with project/design partners.
- Travel: This role will be based in Weybridge, UK, but will involve travel within Europe.

Job Qualifications
- Degree in architecture; master’s degree is a plus
- Specialization in parametric design/digital modeling tools preferred
- Applied architecture practice experience
- Data management and insights experience for projects and portfolio analysis
- Occupancy planning and attendance data management experience
- Digital skills in AI-generated design and parametric design
- Experience in branding and EGD design
- Ability to connect design management with project management (PM processes and systems: schedule, cost control, quality, safety)
- Experience in managing several external design and project partners
