What to Expect
During your industrial placement, you will get real responsibility from day one and be expected to dive straight in, take ownership of real projects and lead them to completion. You will see your projects deliver real business value and you will see growth in your own technical mastery, confidence, and communication and leadership skills. You will also receive first-hand experience of what a career in IT within a large corporate environment like P&G involves and find out if it is right for you.
Each intern receives a customized learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentoring and training as they deliver their work.
Responsibilities
- Work on real projects and responsibilities, just like a true P&G employee.
- Participate in continuous training and coaching with formal training and day-to-day mentoring from your manager.
- Gain exposure to areas such as Application Development & Management, Marketing Technology, Data & Analytics, and IT Security & Risk.
- Contribute to projects that deliver business value and develop leadership and collaboration skills.
- Assistance with project management and deployment activities as part of a team.

Qualifications
- University students graduating in 2028 with a placement year; applications from students graduating in 2026 or 2027 are welcome.
- Interest in IT and technology applied to business problems; computer science or STEM background is helpful.
- Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or extracurricular activities.
- Strong verbal and written English language skills.
Start Date
1 July 2026 – 12 June 2027 (12 months). Availability for the full duration is required.
Right to Work
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK for the full duration without sponsorship from P&G. Right-to-work permission must be valid from 1 July 2026 to 12 June 2027 for at least 37.5 hours per week.
