Our client is well established in the Civil Engineering sector, and boasts a diverse array of projects across the North-West. The successful candidate will play a key role both on-site and head office activities, contributing to the growth and success of their projects. Key Responsibilities: * Manage all aspects of projects costs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgets. * Implements precise measurement and valuation processes for all aspects of groundworks projects. * Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. * Provide regular financial reports and updates on project financial status, whilst identifying any cost overruns and implementing corrective actions. * Maintain comprehensive records of financial transactions and project-related documentation.
