We work with clients, contractors and developers in a range of sectors including Energy and Power, Highways, Nuclear and Utilities to name a few, to support with a smooth delivery of projects.

The role

In this role, the successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the Cost & Project Management business requirements. These projects can range from extensions for small contractors, through to large civils projects, high value buildings to specialist energy contractors and more.

Other duties include:

  • Managing costs on a wide variety of projects
  • Offer strategic guidance to clients, including prioritising spending, outsourcing to subcontractors
  • Prepare budgets and estimates and manage onsite costs
  • Undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work
  • Performing risk and value management and cost control
  • Advise on procurement strategy
