Procter Street is delighted to be partnering with a leading UK based construction company to recruit this senior role for their team. Our client operates in the building and civil engineering industries, specialising in ground works, reinforced concrete structures, and infrastructure. They pride themselves on having an impeccable record of securing repeat business, delivering excellent results on multi-million pound projects.

The role involves overseeing the delivery of a 75m earthworks project in Inverness. You will lead the project from conception to completion, interacting with both internal stakeholders and the client. You must be able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results and ensure the project is delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project budgets
