PS Resourcing is delighted to be working with a well-established Civil Engineering company who partner with the UK’s leading infrastructure solution providers, solving environmental and sustainability challenges for water companies, local authorities, and government organisations.

The role: As a Site Agent, you’ll be the driving force behind fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.

You’ll work closely with diverse stakeholders, from skilled on-site engineers to labourers, to ensure that the project’s objectives are met on time and within budget.

As well as

  • Ensure quality control requirements are met
  • Promote a health & safety awareness on site
  • Ensure engineering drawings/specifications are accurate and resolve any conflicts
  • Ensure Method Statements and Risk Assessments completed for all aspects of works
  • Manage commercial issues for elements of the works
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner What are we looking for?

The successful applicants will have extensive knowledge and experience of civils and infrastructure projects, ideally with public realm experience.

You will have strong stakeholder management skills when working in a busy environment.

As well as

  • Experience working in the Civils/Highways Sector or relatable knowledge
  • SMSTS
  • Temporary Works Supervisor (Preferable)
  • Experience managing Operatives and Engineers
