Contract: 12 months Fixed-Term. Procter Street is delighted to be partnering with SEGRO, exclusively resourcing this new hire for their Sustainability Team. This role is based in SEGRO’s Coventry Office with occasional travel for meetings in their London Office.

For over 100 years, SEGRO have specialised in owning, developing, and maintaining industrial and logistics properties, creating a portfolio of high-quality assets across the UK and Europe.

The role: As the Energy Analyst at SEGRO you will play an influential part in supporting the Energy Manager with processing energy and water data, ensuring efficiency through close attention to detail.

Main responsibilities:

  • Process raw data from various sources, such as PDF invoices, spreadsheets, and third-party portals into our internal collation formats (i.e., Excel Spreadsheets).
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
  • Save evidence of consumption within ESG software and other databases.
  • Preparing and uploading data on ESG software.
  • Supporting the Energy Manager with data cleansing tasks.
  • Maintain Internal Database.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management.
