Job Description

We\’re looking for a Project Manager responsible for the successful delivery of professional service engagements for our Emerging & Mid-Market Customers. The Project Manager will manage internal and external resources to successfully deliver services engagements on time and on budget. This role is a balance of independent work where you\’ll own and develop multiple new accounts at a time. This role also requires partnership with Professional Services Consultants, Delivery teams, Sales counterparts, Product, and other Customer Success team members to help your clients onboard and grow with Procore.

As a successful Project Manager, you have a consultative mindset and can quickly understand both Procore\’s Technology and the industries we serve. You will apply best practices and solutions to each client based on their individual business processes and goals. You\’ll be instrumental in planning clients\’ services, developing roll-out strategies, managing resources, and executing against their project plan to fulfil the project scope. Leveraging this consultative approach, you will deliver Industry, Technology and Change Management thought leadership while encompassing Procore\’s values of Openness, Optimism, and Ownership.
To build successful relationships with our team and your clients, client onsite travel and company event travel may be required up to 10% of the time.

This position reports to the Manager of Project Management Services, EMEA and is located in our London office. We\’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

Note: This is a Fixed Term Contract with a 12-month duration.

What you\’ll do:

  • Work with clients to create a services strategy that focuses on business based outcome delivery. This consists of leading discovery and design workshops, developing Gantt project plans, managing and forecasting resources, tracking and managing risk, building change management strategies, and fostering relationships with Executives.
  • Responsible for budget and margin for projects within your book of business
  • Stakeholder management with technical leadership, and our Customer Success department to establish responsibilities and internal due dates for all business partners on each project
  • Help create efficiencies by developing and implementing repeatable processes and templates to ensure standardization where possible
  • Create and manage custom service delivery project plans to ensure on time delivery of services, deliverables, and outcomes
  • Remain current on customer needs, industry trends, market activities, and competitors to build trust and create meaningful relationships among Champions and key points of contact within each account
  • Provide the highest level of service and support to {Insert Customer Segment or vertical} through diligent and proactive communication
  • Partner with Sales and Professional Services Consultants to help scope customer services and develop key project milestones and deliverables, as well as Product Managers and Customer Success Managers to further client success
  • Working knowledge of Procore\’s product offerings, and a deep understanding of Procore\’s business model, services, emerging technologies, and Implementation best practices

What we\’re looking for:

  • 3+ years experience managing service delivery or implementations, skills required:
  • Prior experience creating and managing Gantt project schedules, managing and forecast resources, budget and margin reporting, track and manage risk, build change management strategies, establish standard operating procedures, deep understanding of value drivers etc.
  • A history of servicing organizations with complex web and mobile applications utilized for documentation management, project management, or similar
  • Preferred experience related to construction and/or financial SaaS industry, and Organisational Change Management Consulting
  • Successful candidates are innovative, persuasive, creative, and have a genuine curiosity in their clients business. Goal and results oriented, optimistic, smart, value added mindset, proactive and easily adapts to change.
  • Successful management of projects and SOWs delivery
  • Demonstrated successful software client services with proven experience onboarding and training seven figure clients
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for project management and organization

While our Project Management team works closely with all levels of our organization, including our sales team, this position does not include any direct selling-related tasks or activities. Our Implementation team is solely focused on ensuring Procore\’s clients are well supported, educated, and fully adopted on our platform.

Additional Information

Base Pay Range £51,838 – £71,278 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of £60,986 – £83,856. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate\’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
