We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to join Procore’s Document Management Department. In this role, you’ll help build the software that builds the world by modernising how the construction industry stores, shares, and acts on critical project data. Your primary goal is to establish a scalable, intuitive solution that ensures the right people have access to the right information at the exact right time.

As a Product Manager, you’ll partner with engineering, UX design, and product marketing to build foundational workflows that support the complete information lifecycle. Use your expertise in product discovery, complex data architecture, and cross-functional leadership to turn strict compliance needs into seamless, automated user experiences. If you have a passion for solving systemic, large-scale data problems and want to build software that shapes the physical world, apply today and join us!

This position reports into the Director of Product for Document Management and will be based in our London or Dublin office.

What you’ll do:

  • Define and execute the product strategy to modernise document management workflows, turning static file storage into highly efficient, automated processes.
  • Partner deeply with engineering and design to develop flexible building blocks, such as custom workflows and permissions, allowing enterprise customers to standardise their operations at scale.
  • Explore and integrate automation capabilities to streamline data entry, classification, and retrieval, reducing the manual burden on end users.
  • Enable seamless, multi-disciplinary collaboration natively within the platform to replace disjointed emails and siloed markup tools.
  • Conduct extensive customer discovery to understand complex, highly regulated workflows, translating those insights into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
  • Drive ecosystem integrations using open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), allowing the platform to connect seamlessly with the customer's broader technology stack.
  • Define, monitor, and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform iterative improvements.

At Procore, AI isn’t a specialised tool, it's a core competency. We expect every team member to be AI-literate, using generative tools and agentic workflows to move faster and work smarter. You won’t just use AI; you’ll be building the agentic future of construction.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, successfully shipping scalable, enterprise-grade Business-to-Business (B2B) software or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms.
  • Strong analytical abilities with proven experience managing complex data structures, workflow automation, or API integrations.
  • Deep expertise in agile development, backlog prioritisation, and translating complex enterprise requirements into intuitive user experiences.
  • Experience leveraging AI-assisted product development approaches to expedite the overall product lifecycle.
  • A highly collaborative, strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity and can influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • A "quick study" who can rapidly master complex domains, structural nuances, and large-scale data systems.
  • Familiarity with document management systems, strict information governance standards, or construction technology is a strong plus, but not strictly required.

Additional Information

Base Pay Range: 110,640.00 - 152,130.00 GBP Annual. This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
