We're looking for an Information Management Specialist to join our Solutions Engineering team at Procore Europe. In this role you will support our enterprise sales teams and customers in evaluating the value and application of Procore’s information management solutions for managing information over the whole life cycle of a built asset. You will work as part of the technical pre-sales team to understand a customer’s operational issues and desired outcome, advising and prescribing solutions from within the Procore and partner ecosystem to meet the customer’s needs. You will also retain responsibility internally for communicating with Procore product development teams on market and compliance needs as well as enabling the wider solutions engineering team in specific value propositions and solutions for information management.
As a subject matter expert you will likely have worked in, or consulted into, the construction industry in one of these types of roles: BIM & Digital Construction lead, Operational Performance / Compliance, Quality Assurance Director, Senior BIM or Information Manager. You will be familiar with the end to end process of information management and control, aligned to the RIBA stages of the building lifecycle; the various construction contract types and to the legislative requirements of building controls, the building safety act and etc. You will have a strong working understanding of the application of ISO19650 and have worked with the standard operationally within the industry. As a technology evangelist you will be passionate about the opportunity to drive efficiency, improve control and ease the day-to-day working and collaboration of stakeholders in the construction industry.
This position reports into Anne Hickman, Senior Manager Solutions Engineering and will be based in our London office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as subject matter expert for assigned market segment and partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to address customer needs
- Review, build, and prioritize your pipeline of new logo and cross-sell opportunities, focusing on deals aligned with client readiness, deal size, and quarterly goals
- Validate new logo and cross-sell opportunities with Account Managers, SDRs, ISRs, and SEs.
- Collaborate with Solutions and Customer Success Engineers to drive product adoption and mitigate churn through periodic updates on customer value.
- Lead discovery sessions with key stakeholders to uncover needs, position Procore solutions
- Participate in cross-functional strategy sessions to share field insights
- Conduct targeted product demonstrations that address client pain points and showcase advanced functionalities to improve business processes
- Stay current with product readiness and competitive positioning to ensure our value proposition is effectively communicated to customers
- Demonstrate BIM-centric workflows and tools (e.g., authoring, coordination, common data environments, 4D/5D, digital twin, asset management) — with hands‑on capability and evidence of delivery.
- Build and deliver thought leadership (presentations, white-papers, workshops, webinars) that articulate the future of BIM, the business case for digital transformation, and our solution differentiators in the market.
- Maintain strong knowledge of industry standards, best practices and emerging technologies in BIM (e.g., ISO 19650, IFC, COBie, digital twin, cloud platforms).
- Participate in presentations and onsite meetings, coordinate RFPs, and provide accurate product booking forecasts to inform quarterly planning and resource allocation
- Maintain deep knowledge of the competitive landscape to effectively communicate Procore's value
What we’re looking for:
- BA/BSc degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 8 years + experience in the construction industry working in roles such as BIM & Digital Construction lead, Operational Performance / Compliance, Quality Assurance Director, Senior BIM or Information Manager; OR 8 years + consultancy experience, advising clients in the construction industry on their information management and digital compliance processes
- Experience of process improvement projects
- Usage of a range of construction management software packages and specifically: Be able to demonstrate BIM-centric workflows and tools (e.g., authoring, coordination, common data environments, 4D/5D, digital twin, asset management) — with hands‑on capability and evidence of delivery.
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of industry standards, best practices and emerging technologies in BIM (e.g., ISO 19650, IFC, COBie, digital twin, cloud platforms).
- Expertise in construction industry information management workflows, inclusive of ISO19650
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to develop trusted relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience of delivering to formal audiences (eg boardroom or customer)
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while managing a consistent pipeline and accurate forecasting.
Additional Information
Base Pay Range: 76,320.00 - 104,940.00 GBP Annual
On Target Earning Range: 127,200.00 - 174,900.00 GBP Annual
