Overview
In this role you will drive the growth of Procore’s channel and delivery partner ecosystem across EMEA, translating global strategy into regional execution. You’ll own partner success, recruit and onboard new partners, and collaborate with sales to unlock revenue. You’ll shape regional growth plans, manage partner reviews, and provide market insights to influence global programs. This is a hybrid, London or Dublin-based opportunity to build a scalable partner-driven revenue engine.

Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of partners across EMEA as relationship owner
- Recruit, onboard, activate and enable high-value partners aligned with strategy
- Develop joint business plans and regional growth strategies
- Collaborate with Partner Sales to drive sales, pipeline, and deal acceleration
- Gather market insights and influence global partner programs and investments
- Lead regular partner business reviews and measure progress against objectives
Key requirements
- 6+ years in Business Development, strategic partnerships, or partner management in B2B SaaS
- Experience identifying and managing resellers and distribution partners
- Experience with diverse partner types (Resellers, SIs, Disti, fulfilment)
- Ability to develop executive relationships and create actionable joint business plans
- Familiarity with EMEA markets
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and PRM software
- Track record of growing partner-generated pipeline or revenue
- Location flexibility for London or Dublin hybrid model
