You will conduct market research, perform competitive analysis, engage in customer discovery, and manage the development, release, and evangelism of compelling and differentiated products. As a Product Strategy Manager on this team, you’ll partner closely with Product Directors, VPs, and the development teams to deliver market leading products. This role will require significant cross-team collaboration, coordinating directly with many development teams working on solutions that support Procore’s CDE, including Documents, BIM, Assets, and platform services. You will also partner with leadership across our Go to Market teams, including our Sales and Support teams in Europe. You will collaborate with Procore’s most strategic global customers, and you will evangelize and support Go To Market teams as they take these products to market. Clear communication and expectation management at executive and team levels will be critical to the success of this role, ensuring alignment, eliminating overlaps in development efforts, and maximizing productivity to deliver value to our customers using agile methodologies.

At Procore, AI isn’t a specialized tool—it’s a core competency. We expect every team member to be AI-literate, leveraging generative tools and agentic workflows to move faster and work smarter. You won’t just use AI; you’ll be building the agentic future of construction. This position will be located in Procore's London or Dublin office.

What You’ll Do in This Role:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of Construction Common Data Environments and industry compliance standards to communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.
  • Lead product strategy and prioritization for Procore’s CDE solutions in Europe, ensuring compliance, competitive differentiation, and customer delight.
  • Define measurable goals and product outcomes that ladder up to support Procore’s business objectives.
  • Foster close collaboration between product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure seamless development and integration of an industry leading CDE.
  • Foster close partnership between Product and Technology and Go to Market to ensure collaboration and aligned execution of Procore’s CDE products in the market.
  • Responsible for determining business needs, understanding market demands, technical trends, problem solving and proposing solutions.
  • Consult across product teams for design & implementation best practices.
  • Create dashboard/reporting requirements and KPIs to measure performance and adoption.
  • Recommend new technology trends and innovative products/features to the team.
  • Measure feature success post deployment and feeds insights back to the team and business partner.
  • Effective communications of roadmaps, product delivery milestones, and progress.

What we’re looking for in this role:

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience at an enterprise SaaS software company.
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience working on construction CDEs or related products in the European market.
  • Experience with European construction industry standards and compliance requirements related to Document Management and CDEs.
  • Customer-centric approach and experience collaborating and conducting discovery with large enterprise companies.
  • Experience scaling products and successfully driving their adoption.
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams in an agile software development environment.
  • Experience collaborating with leaders across Go to Market teams in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience managing products and rollouts with complex dependencies across multiple autonomous product teams.
  • Ability to effectively communicate trade-offs for decisions through strong written and verbal skills.
  • Strong analysis and synthesis skills, demonstrating the ability to break down problems into components structured into platform-first solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fluid, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic, analytical thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional collaboration, partnership, and influencing skills.
  • Strong prioritization skills of competing needs and tradeoffs to articulate a clear rationale.
  • Demonstrated ability to use analytics and optimization tools to inform product planning and prioritization.
  • Ability to thoroughly understand complex business and technical issues and influence decision making.
  • Ability to gain deep understanding of the system architecture and design concepts behind complex, enterprise-class software solutions at high transaction volumes.
