- Own market mapping and Partner lifecycle: Identify, recruit, onboard and nurture key partners in the construction tech space, ensuring they have the training, collateral, incentives, and legal frameworks to succeed. Reassess Partner pool regularly.
- Drive revenue & ecosystem growth: Drive partner-sourced revenue to exceed monthly and quarterly targets while designing lead generation initiatives like roadshows and co-marketing activities.
- Ensure operational excellence: Own the UKI partner lifecycle end-to-end, including process optimization (deal registration, lead routing, contract management) and overseeing clean database metrics, payout structures, and commission tracking.
- Responsible for cross-functional alignment and outreach: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Customer Success to evangelize the joint partner value proposition, drive partner mindshare and outreach programs.
- Reporting & Best Practices: Track and present key operational partner metrics to executive leadership and contribute channel best practices to global peers.
Experience: 3+ years in partner management, partner operations, or sales operations within a SaaS or technology company (construction industry experience is a plus). - Technical Skills: Hands-on experience administering CRM platforms (Salesforce) and PRM software, alongside strong Excel/BI proficiency for translating operational data into actionable insights.
- Relationship Building: Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and managing diverse stakeholder expectations; established technology partner relationships are highly valued.
