Your Role

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and managing store operations effectively. Your leadership will play a critical role in fostering a strong team culture and achieving business goals. This is a full-time, 40hrs/week position, working 5 days out of 7 on a rota, including weekends based at our Bury St Edmunds store.
