Are you an enthusiastic leader with a passion for kitchenware? ProCook, the UK\’s fastest growing kitchenware retailer, is on the lookout for a talented Store Manager to take charge of our new Store opening in Plymouth.
This is a new store opening in Plymouth in September/October 2025.
Your Role:
In the role of Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating an engaging atmosphere for our customers while leading your team to deliver exceptional service. You’ll ensure our store runs smoothly and efficiently, driving sales and enhancing the ProCook brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a customer-first environment that encourages excellent service.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Supervise daily store operations to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage inventory and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for kitchenware.
- Proficient in analysing sales and managing inventory.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, retail environment.
