Exciting Career Opportunity: Store Manager at ProCook!

Are you passionate about culinary arts and retail management? ProCook is seeking a skilled Store Manager to lead our vibrant team and drive our store\’s success in our Bath Store. You\’ll create a welcoming environment for customers while ensuring the store meets its sales targets and delivers an exceptional shopping experience.

Your Role:

As the Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and develop innovative strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. You\’ll play a vital role in training and motivating staff, ensuring that the entire team reflects the ProCook commitment to quality and service.

This is a full-time, permanent role requiring 40 hours per week, spread over 5 days of a 7-day rota, from Monday to Sunday, at our Bath Store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a dedicated team to achieve sales goals.
  • Implement effective merchandising and inventory management practices.
  • Analyse sales trends and adjust strategies to meet customer needs and preferences.
  • Foster a positive and engaging shopping atmosphere for customers and employees.
