ProCook is looking for an innovative Social Media Campaign Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this crucial role, you\’ll be at the forefront of shaping our brand narrative and enhancing our customer experience through strategic content development. Key Responsibilities: The Social Media Campaign Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing both Brand and performance-driven creative strategies for paid social media ads. Reporting to the Senior Social Media & Content Manager, you will lead the ideation, messaging, and optimisation of creative assets for paid social campaigns. Your role will focus on crafting high-performing, platform-specific content that drives engagement and sales. You will collaborate closely with the Paid Performance Team to test and refine creative based on data insights and manage the full creative development cycle—from concept to execution.
- Develop creative strategies for paid social ads, ensuring alignment with performance goals.
- Write and refine ad copy, hooks, and messaging frameworks that support campaign KPIs – from attention grabbing hooks to conversion-ready copy.
- Advise on influencer selection for paid campaigns based on content style and performance potential.
- Work with the Senior Social Media & Content Manager and Creative Producer to develop creative briefs for influencer-generated paid content.
- Guide influencers and creators on content formats, CTA integration, and performance-optimised storytelling.
- Collaborate with the Paid Performance Team to analyse creative performance and refine content based on data-driven insights.
- Lead storyboarding and scripting, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and tailored to platform best practices (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, etc.).
- Oversee the development of A/B test variations to improve ad performance.
- Collaborate with the organic social team to identify high-performing content that can be repurposed or adapted for paid campaigns.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, competitor creative strategies, and industry insights to drive innovation.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in paid social creative strategy, content marketing, or performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of direct-response marketing, creative testing, and performance-driven content.
- Experience in writing ad copy, scripting, and developing content for paid social campaigns.
- Experience collaborating with influencers and content creators to develop high-performing ad assets.
- Familiarity with social media advertising best practices and platform-specific trends.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data insights to refine creative direction.
- Strong collaboration skills, working across creative, brand, and performance marketing teams.
- A passion for food, cooking, and kitchenware products would be a bonus!
- Salary: up tom £45,000 depending on experience and skills
