We\’re seeking an exceptional Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join us on a maternity cover contract.
As the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of ProCook through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns. Reporting directly to the [appropriate management position], you will be responsible for maximizing ROI across various digital channels to achieve aggressive business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of analytical prowess, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in performance marketing.
This is a full-time, 37.5hrs/week, fix term contract – maternity cover.
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across digital channels such as PPC, paid social, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
- Lead end-to-end campaign management, including campaign ideation, targeting, budget allocation, creative development, A/B testing, execution, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to align performance marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
- Utilise data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize campaign performance, and drive continuous improvement in key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, identify emerging opportunities, and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and technology partners to ensure the successful implementation and execution of performance marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular reporting and performance updates to senior management, highlighting key insights, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the performance marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and professional development.
Essential Experience & Key Skills::
- Proven track record of 5+ years in performance marketing roles, with a focus on digital advertising and customer acquisition.
- Deep expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Display Networks, and Affiliate platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Northbeam, Triplewhale or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in leveraging audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies to drive campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
