ProCook is excited to announce openings for passionate and customer-oriented Part-Time Sales Advisor at our store! If you love kitchenware and enjoy helping people discover the perfect products for their cooking adventures, we want to hear from you!
In this role, you’ll engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to a positive shopping experience that keeps them returning for more.
This is a part-time 12hr/week position.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers and assisting them in locating the kitchenware that meets their needs.
- Engaging with customers to build relationships and encourage sales.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation on the sales floor.
- Helping with inventory management and ensuring shelves are stocked.
- Taking part in product training and actively participating in team meetings.
- You might be asked to assist with store opening and closing and be a key-holder.
Daily Activities:
- Greet customers with a friendly smile and a helpful attitude.
- Share your knowledge about our products to help customers make informed decisions.
- Handle transactions accurately and assist with returns.
- Keep the store visually appealing and ensure that displays are well-maintained.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Previous retail experience preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Willingness to meet sales targets and deliver results.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for kitchenware and cooking.
- Basic computer skills necessary for POS system operation.
- You must be over 18years of age due to key holder responsibilities.
