Join our team as a Sales Advisor and help customers discover the joy of cooking with our high-quality kitchenware. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and sharing your passion for cooking. Your enthusiastic demeanor will inspire customers to explore our product range, making their shopping experience enjoyable and memorable. This is a part-time position, 10hrs/week.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcoming and engaging with customers to understand their needs
- Providing expert advice on ProCook products and how they can enhance culinary experiences
- Handling sales transactions efficiently and accurately
- Maintaining store presentation standards and ensuring a clean, organized shopping environment
- Assisting with stock management and inventory tasks as needed
- Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed sales targets
What a Day Looks Like
- Start your shift by preparing the store for customers and getting familiar with daily promotions
- Engage with each customer who walks through the door, giving them a friendly smile and your full attention
- Demonstrate products, hosting mini tastings or cooking demonstrations when applicable
- Assist in processing sales transactions and resolving any customer queries or issues
- Wrap up your day by sharing customer feedback and insights with the team to enhance store performance
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous
- A genuine passion for cooking and knowledge about kitchenware
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to tasks
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable using technology and point-of-sale systems
