Are you enthusiastic about cooking and kitchen products? ProCook is looking for dedicated Sales Advisors to join our dynamic team!

In this role, you’ll have the chance to share your love for all things culinary while providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Your goal will be to ensure each customer enjoys a delightful shopping experience.

This is a part-time 8hrs/week position based in our Truro Store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers warmly as they enter the store.
  • Assist customers in selecting the best products to meet their culinary needs.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits.
  • Maintain the store’s visual merchandising, ensuring an attractive shopping environment.
  • Process sales transactions and manage customer inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales targets and provide support.

A Day in the Life:

  • Start the day by prepping the store for a busy day ahead.
  • Engage with customers and share your kitchen expertise.
  • Assist in maintaining stock levels and product displays.
  • End the day ensuring the store is ready for the next morning’s customers.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in retail or sales is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A genuine interest in kitchenware and cooking is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency with technology and POS systems.
