We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join us on a permanent basis. The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to launch across multiple channels. Working closely with Buying, Brand, Creative and Channel teams this role acts as the central project lead for campaigns, translating commercial priorities, product focuses, and customer insights into coordinated marketing campaigns. In addition, this role supports wider marketing communications and insight, ensuring consistent messaging across campaigns, contributing to competitor and market analysis, and providing broader marketing support across key activities. This is a full‑time role, requiring 37.5 hours per week, with a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote at our Gloucester location (non‑negotiable).

Integrated Campaign Planning

  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns aligned with commercial priorities, product focuses, and seasonal activity.
  • Translate campaign concepts and commercial objectives into detailed campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Own and manage the marketing campaign calendar, ensuring brand, seasonal and product initiatives are aligned with business priorities.
  • Own and manage the campaign critical path, ensuring all milestones and dependencies are delivered to schedule.

Campaign Messaging, Creative Development & Briefing

  • Develop campaign messaging frameworks and storytelling narratives aligned with product ranges, seasonal themes, and customer insights.
  • Own the development and sign‑off of campaign briefs and copy matrices to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Support the development of campaign concepts and creative direction in collaboration with brand and design teams.
  • Review and refine creative outputs to ensure they align with the campaign concept, messaging, and product focus.

Channel Activation & Delivery

  • Support channel leads in scoping requirements and detailed briefs for campaign execution across all touchpoints.
  • Work closely with channel teams to oversee asset development, feedback rounds, approvals, and final delivery.
  • Manage campaign reviews, stakeholder approvals, and sign‑off processes to ensure assets are finalised and distributed across all channels ahead of launch.
  • Support campaign walkthroughs and immersion sessions to ensure teams clearly understand campaign plans and execution requirements.
  • Maintain campaign documentation and campaign kits to support effective campaign delivery.

Cross‑Functional Campaign Coordination

  • Act as the central point of coordination for campaign delivery, maintaining clear communication and accountability with internal teams throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Lead campaign meetings and working groups ensuring clear stakeholder alignment throughout campaign development and delivery.
  • Present campaign toolkits, status updates and walkthroughs to internal stakeholders to ensure readiness and alignment ahead of go‑live.

Post Campaign Analysis

  • Work with channel teams to understand and review campaign performance, identifying key learnings and recommendations to improve future campaign performance.

Marketing Communications & Insight

  • Support the delivery of wider marketing communications across channels and touchpoints, acting as a brand guardian to ensure clarity and consistency of messaging.
  • Conduct competitor audits and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging and tone of voice across all marketing outputs.
  • Provide general brand and marketing support across campaigns, launches, and ad hoc projects.

You’ll fit right in if you have:

  • 5+ years of campaign management experience - proven track record planning, executing and evaluating multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills - exceptional organisation, the ability to manage complex timelines, cross‑functional teams and deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management - strong written/verbal skills for briefing creative teams, and aligning internal stakeholders.
  • Multi‑channel understanding - experience across email, social, paid media, and retail channels.
  • Ability to craft compelling narratives and storytelling across campaign assets that connect with target audiences, support brand positioning and drive engagement.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple cross‑functional teams.
  • A passion for food, cooking, and kitchenware products would be a bonus!
