In this role, you will support the Store Manager in leading a talented team and ensuring our customers have a fantastic shopping experience filled with great products and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Kick off your day by engaging your team and outlining daily goals.
- Assist customers to find precisely what they need and provide exceptional service.
- Train and mentor your team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ensure the store is maintained to high visual and cleanliness standards.
- At the end of the day, ensure the preparation for the next day is seamless.
